How do I create a custom product It’s easy! Just follow these three steps:

How can I modify, cancel, or request a refund for my order?
We understand that plans can change! If you need to make changes to your order or request a cancellation, please contact us at support@christsavedmylife.com as soon as possible.
- Order Changes & Cancellations: Please reach out within 6 hours of placing your order to ensure we can catch it before it enters production.
- Refund Processing: Once a refund is initiated, it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Shipping & Tracking
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Production: 2–4 business days.
- Shipping (US): 4–8 business days.
- Expedited: Need it faster? Contact support@christsavedmylife.com to discuss priority options.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email or tracking link. Please double-check your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, there may have been a typo in your email address at checkout. Email us at support@christsavedmylife.com and we will update your contact information and resend your details.
My tracking number isn’t working. It can take 1–2 business days for a tracking number to show movement in the carrier's system. If your tracking remains inactive after two days, please reach out to the carrier or contact us at support@christsavedmylife.com for assistance.
