How do I order a canvas?
Choose your favorite artwork, select your canvas type and size, and complete your order. Please review the product description carefully, as framing and display options may vary.
How do I order a personalized canvas?
For designs that offer photo personalization:

Choose Your Design: Select your favorite personalized Jesus portrait design and canvas options.

Upload Your Photo: Provide a clear, well-lit photo with the person’s face easy to see.

Place Your Order: Our team will create your personalized artwork from the photo you provide and prepare it for canvas printing.
Personalization is available only on products marked as personalized.
What kind of photo should I upload?
Choose a sharp, well-lit photo with clearly visible facial features. Front-facing or slightly angled portraits work best. Avoid blurry photos, heavy filters, or images where the face is obscured.
Please follow any additional photo guidance on your selected product page.
Will my personalized canvas look exactly like the sample?
Sample images illustrate the design and artistic style. Your finished artwork will be unique to the photo you provide. Clothing, pose, background, lighting, and other details may be artistically adapted to fit the selected composition.
Can I request additional personalization?
Please email support@christsavedmylife.com before ordering if you have a request beyond the options shown on the product page. Our team will confirm whether it can be accommodated and whether additional costs or processing time apply.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact support@christsavedmylife.com as soon as possible, preferably within 6 hours of placing your order.
Changes and cancellations depend on the order’s production status and cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.
How do returns and refunds work?
Eligibility depends on the product and the circumstances of your request. Personalized products may have different return conditions from standard designs.
Please review our Refund Policy before ordering. If a refund is approved and issued, it generally takes 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping & Tracking
How long will it take to receive my canvas?

Do you offer expedited delivery?

I haven’t received my confirmation email or tracking information. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot find the email, contact support@christsavedmylife.com with your order number, if available, and the email address used at checkout.
Tracking information becomes available after your order has been dispatched.
Why isn’t my tracking number showing updates?
Tracking may take 1–2 business days to update after dispatch. If it remains inactive after that period, contact our support team so we can help investigate.
What if my canvas arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email support@christsavedmylife.com promptly with your order number and clear photos of the canvas, packaging, and the issue. Keep the packaging while our team reviews your request and advises on the next steps.

How is my information protected?
Our website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout.
For personalized orders, the photo you upload is used to create your requested artwork. Please upload only photos you own or have permission to use, and review our Privacy Policy for details about how your information is handled.
Never send payment card details or passwords by email or Messenger.
